A Walk in the Woods - Ozark Mountain Dogwood

Ozark Mountain Dogwood

If you have ever been to the South in the Spring, then you have seen the beautiful Dogwoods blooming everywhere. The Dogwood tree is steeped in a rich history of symbolism  - their cross shaped flowers, to their strength, their sign of renewal and a new season. We mixed Sandalwood, Bergamot, a dash of Cedar and Oak, with the Dogwood flower to bring you Ozark Mountain Dogwood.

Wooden Wick Candles

Wooden Wick Candles produce a crackle sound while burning and provide for an extra special ambiance. Upon first lighting, allow the wax to melt to the edge of the container before extinguishing flame. This ensures the life of the candle and that maximum burn time is achieved. Keep the wooden wick trimmed to 1/8" before subsequent lighting. Dixie Grace candles are hand-poured using pure soy wax. Our candles are phthalate free.

Burn Time (approximate)

  • 8 oz. - 40 to 50 hours
  • 16 oz. - 80 to 90 hours

Wax Melts

For use in Wax Warmers, these cubes of scented wax are sure to take you down south in no time!  Wax Warmers are available for purchase from Dixie Grace Candle Company or use your own for a flameless alternative to candles!

Burn Time (approximate) - 60 to 70 Hours of Warming Time

We recommend warming 2 cubes for 3-4 hours at a time over multiple uses until scent is gone from the soy wax. Prolonged warming (more than 3-4 hours) will deteriorate the scent faster but is safe if prolonged warming is preferred. When you're ready to change scents, carefully soak the melted wax up with a cotton ball (or two or three) and toss in the trash. Be sure to wipe residual wax from the warmer before adding new scent cubes.
