A Walk in the Woods - Beneath the Angel Oak

Beneath the Angel Oak

One of the most amazing sights in South Carolina is the view of the breathtaking Angel Oak Tree. Estimated to be between 400 & 500 years old, imagine the stories it could tell! We mixed Spanish Oak Moss, Cashmere Musk, fresh Leafy Greens, Orange Flowers, and Patchouli to bring you Beneath the Angel Oak. This is a warm earthy fragrance that reminds us of climbing trees when we were young, sneaking off into the woods in our adolescence, and finding moments of solace as an adult.

Wooden Wicked Candles

Wooden Wick Candles produce a crackle sound while burning and provide for an extra special ambiance. Upon first lighting, allow the wax to melt to the edge of the container before extinguishing flame. This ensures the life of the candle and that maximum burn time is achieved. Keep the wooden wick trimmed to 1/8" before subsequent lighting. Dixie Grace candles are hand-poured using pure soy wax. Our candles are phthalate free.

Burn Time (approximate)

  • 8 oz. - 40 to 50 hours
  • 16 oz. - 80 to 90 hours

Wax Melts

For use in Wax Warmers, these cubes of scented wax are sure to take you down south in no time!  Wax Warmers are available for purchase from Dixie Grace Candle Company or use your own for a flameless alternative to candles!

Burn Time (approximate) - 60 to 70 Hours of Warming Time

We recommend warming 2 cubes for 3-4 hours at a time over multiple uses until scent is gone from the soy wax. Prolonged warming (more than 3-4 hours) will deteriorate the scent faster but is safe if prolonged warming is preferred. When you're ready to change scents, carefully soak the melted wax up with a cotton ball (or two or three) and toss in the trash. Be sure to wipe residual wax from the warmer before adding new scent cubes.
